Kristine Stavås Skistad secured first place in the women’s sprint race in classic technique for Norway at the Falun cross-country skiing World Cup. Results from the sprint race.

Kristine Stavås Skistad, from Norway, took first place at the Falun sprint race in classic technique with a total time of 3:16.11. The Norwegian cross-country skier was followed by Linn Svahn, from Sweden, 1.18 seconds back.

Jonna Sundling, from Sweden, completed the podium in third place, 1.56 seconds behind the winner. 

Emma Ribom, from Sweden, and Laura Gimmler, from Germany, rounded out the top five by finishing fourth and fifth, respectively.
