The first event of the Östersund World Cup is taking place today, Saturday, December 9 in Sweden, featuring a sprint race in classic technique. Linn Svahn (SWE) clocked the fastest time in the sprint qualifier. 

The top 30 skiers qualified for the sprint finals at the Östersund World Cup. The women’s sprint final starts at 13:00 CET.
