Klæbo wins 20km mass start at the Engadin World Cup

The cross-country World Cup season 2024/2025 continued today in Engadin, Switzerland, with a 20km mass start race in freestyle technique for women and men. Check out the men’s results.

Johannes Høsflot Klæbo, from Norway, took first place in the men’s 20km mass start race in freestyle technique at the cross-country World Cup in Engadin, Switzerland. Complete results from the men’s event.

Johannes Høsflot Klæbo, from Norway, showed his form and won today’s mass start race with a total time of 53:02.8.

Iver Tildheim Andersen, from Norway, snagged second place, 1.3 seconds back, and Didrik Tønseth, from Norway, completed the podium in third place, 1.9 seconds behind the winner. 

Pål Golberg and Martin Kirkeberg Mørk, both from Norway, rounded out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.

After Switzerland (Engadin), the cross-country skiing World Cup heads to Italy (Cogne). Then, the World Cup heads to Sweden (Falun) in mid-February and Norway (Trondheim) for the World Championships at the end of February and beginning of March.  

After the World Championships, the World Cup ends the season with weekends in Norway (Oslo), Estonia (Tallinn), and Finland (Lahti).
