The Ski Classics Challengers event, Trysil Skimaraton, took place this Saturday with a 42km long-distance skiing race in classic technique at Østby, Norway. Check out the results.

After a day full of action, one of the Ski Classics Challengers events in Norway, Trysil Skimaraton, saw a fierce battle for all the podium places. Ultimately, Fanny Marie Møller Endresen, Team Kaffebryggeriet DRIV / Drammens Ballklubb, and Jonas Bergli, Team Synnfjell / Snertingdal IF Ski / Backe BIL, won their respective races with solid performances.

Trysil Skimaraton – 42km Women’s Race 

In the women’s competition, the winner was Fanny Marie Møller Endresen, Team Kaffebryggeriet DRIV / Drammens Ballklubb, completing the event in a total time of 2:11:07.0, a new course record.

Karen Marie Håkonsen, Sjusjøen Ski Team/Kjellmyra IL, finished in second place, 5:51.0 back, followed by Stine Johansen, Åsila Skilag, 10:20:0 behind the winner, and completing the podium in third place.

Trysil Skimaraton – 42km Men’s Race

In the men’s event, the winner, Jonas Bergli, Team Synnfjell/Snertingdal IF Ski/Backe BIL, completed the race in a time of 1:51:45.0.

Ola Jordheim, Hemsedal IL, finished in second place, 1:19.0 behind, followed by Oskar Lockert Skjold, Åsen IL – Ski, completing the podium in third position and 1:22.0 seconds back.
