Engadin La Diagonela has been an important part of the Ski Classics Pro Tour since its inception in Season IV, and organizers proudly emphasize three key elements that set Engadin La Diagonela apart: stunning landscapes, high altitude exceeding 1.800 meters above sea level, and an unparalleled atmosphere.
This year, due to a shortage of snowfall in recent weeks, the Local Organizing Committee (LOC) has shortened the race from 55km to 43km. The course starts in Pontresina – via Samedan, Celerina, Traumloipe Pontresina, Bienenhaus in Val Roseg, Pontresina, then continues the usual course via S-chanf to Zuoz.
