Elvira Öberg has found love again. On social media, the Swedish biathlon star revealed that her new partner is a former teammate.

Elvira Öberg has found love again. On social media, the Swedish biathlon star revealed that her new partner is a former teammate.

Öberg has been single since 2024, but now she has a new relationship. On Instagram, the biathlon star announced that she is with her former national team colleague, Oskar Brandt, who retired from the sport in the spring of 2024.

She wrote:

“After a period that has been a bit disturbed by illnesses, it feels extra good that the support from home is on top.”

Elvira Öberg won an individual gold medal at the World Championships in Lenzerheide last winter. Now, like the rest of the Swedish biathlon team, she is aiming for the Olympics in Antholz. Oskar Brandt is now a coach for the MIUN University Group in Östersund.
