The Ski Classics Challengers event, Energamo Lipnolopet, took place this Saturday with a 55km roller ski race in classic technique in the Czech Republic. Check out the results.

After a day full of action, the Ski Classics Challengers event in the Czech Republic saw a fierce battle for all the podium places. Ultimately, Magnus Vesterheim, Team Ramudden, and Sandra Schützová, Team Kaffebryggeriet DRIV, claimed the victories with strong performances.

Energamo Lipnolopet – Men’s Race

The winner of the men’s competition was Magnus Vesterheim, Team Ramudden, winning the race with a total time of 2:14:55.0.

Thomas Bing, eD system RSJ Team, finished 9.4 seconds behind in second place. Fabian Štoček, Slavia Pojišťovna Robinson Trentino, finished 4:41.6 back and completed the podium in third place.

Energamo Lipnolopet – Women’s Race 

The winner of the women’s competition was Sandra Schützová, Team Kaffebryggeriet DRIV, winning the race with a total time of 2:39:19.2.

Kateřina Janatová, Czech National Team/eD system Vltava Fund Team, finished in second place, 11:56.8 behind, followed by Tereza Hujerová, Slavia Pojišťovna Robinson Trentino, 15:04.2 back, and completing the podium in the third position.

2. Kateřina Janatová, Czech National Team/eD system Vltava Fund Team, +11:56.8

Energamo Lipnolopet is a Ski Classics Challengers event. Pro Team registered athletes can collect points for the Ski Classics Champion and Youth competitions in their respective genders.

Everyone participating in Ski Classics, Pro Tour or Challengers events, and professional and recreational skiers can connect their profile to the results database of Ski Classics called MyPages.
