The biathlon World Cup season 2025/2026 continued today in Östersund, Sweden, with the Pursuit event. Check out the women’s results.

After a strong performance on the tracks and at the shooting range, Austria’s Lisa Theresa Hauser secured the Pursuit victory in Östersund, Sweden.

Lisa Theresa Hauser (AUT) claimed first place in the 10km Pursuit race in Östersund, finishing in 30:14.2 with clean shooting after a tight fight over the final lap.

Suvi Minkkinen (FIN) finished second, just 2.5 seconds back with one missed shot. Anna Magnusson (SWE) completed the podium in third place, 31.8 seconds behind the winner and also one miss.

After Östersund, the biathlon World Cup continues in Hochfilzen (Austria), then Annecy – Le Grand Bornand (France), before heading to Oberhof (Germany), Ruhpolding (Germany), Nové Město na Moravě (Czech Republic), and Antholz–Anterselva (Italy) for the Winter Olympic Games. The post-Olympic stages will take place in Kontiolahti (Finland) and Otepää (Estonia). The 2025/2026 World Cup season ends in Oslo, Holmenkollen (Norway).
