Free skating – how to ski efficiently without poles in freestyle
Free skating is used at high speeds and on downhills – without poles. In this video, you’ll learn how to generate speed using only your legs and how to find balance at high speeds.

In the video, we show how to use powerful skating strides, balance over the ski, and maintain an efficient glide. An important technique for both training and racing in freestyle.
