The Russian ski federation selected ten men and eight women to the upcoming Tour de Ski.

Alexander Bolshunov is one of them. While the defending overall World Cup champion is insecure about his fitness and what to expect from Tour de Ski this season, Bolshunov confirmed that he will race the eight-day competition.

Ilya Poroshkin, who is the leader of the Eastern European continental cup, will only race the first two stages of the Tour de Ski.

The Tour de Ski takes place from December 28, 2021 to January 4, 2022. The stage race starts in Lenzerheide, Switzerland, and concludes in Val di Fiemme, Italy.
