These are the four men and four women who will race under the flag of the Russian Olympic Committee in the final events of the 2022 Beijing Olympics.

The men’s team
The Russians are considered strong medal contenders in both the men’s 50-kilometer skate race on Saturday and the women’s 30-kilometer skate race on Sunday.

For the men’s 50-kilometer skate race on Saturday, the following four men will be at the start line: Denis Spitsov, Artem Maltsev, Alexander Bolshunov and Ivan Yakimushkin.

Bolshunov has medaled in every event he has raced at the Beijing Olympics, starting with the gold medal at the 30-kilometer skiathlon on the first day of the men’s races.

Maltsev and Yakimushkin have yet to make the podium at the Olympics.
