For Johannes Høsflot Klæbo, the men’s sprint final in Davos turned into a repeat of the last years: a trip to the top of the podium.

For Johannes Høsflot Klæbo, the men’s sprint final in Davos turned into a repeat of the last years: a trip to the top of the podium.

Johannes Høsflot Klæbo (NOR) once again made winning look easy, beating Sergey Ustiugov (RUS) in the sprint final in Davos. Richard Jouve (FRA) pulled into third place. 

For Klæbo, the victory in Davos means that he now firmly holds a ticket to the Olympics in Beijing in February.

In the women’s final, Maja Dahlqvist earned her third consecutive World Cup victory in a highly dramatic heat.  

Tomorrow, the World Cup in Davos continues with a 15-kilomter skate race for men.
