The Ski Classics Challengers event, Tanumsloppet, is set to take place in one month. The 40km classic roller ski race will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2026, in Tanumshede, Sweden.

Tanumsloppet will take place in Tanumshede in western Sweden and will once again be a Ski Classics Challengers event.

The Ski Classics Challengers event is a 40km long-distance roller ski race in classic technique. The organizers invite professional athletes, recreational skiers, and youth athletes to an event featuring an enjoyable course with scenic landscapes and a good road surface.

The roller ski track is relatively flat and suits roller skiers of all levels. The main event distance, part of Ski Classics Challengers, is 40km, while shorter roller ski, running, children, and special races are also offered.

Tanumsloppet is also a seeding race for Vasaloppet.
