The World Championships 2025 ended today in Trondheim, Norway, with a 50km mass start race in freestyle technique for women. Check out the results.

Frida Karlsson, from Sweden, showed her form and won the 50km mass start race in freestyle technique at the World Championships in Trondheim. Complete results from the women’s event.

Frida Karlsson, from Sweden, took home first place today in the women’s 50km mass start race in freestyle technique with a time of 2:24:55.3.

Heidi Weng, from Norway, grabbed second place, 2.1 seconds back, and Therese Johaug, from Norway, completed the podium in third place, 2.9 seconds behind the winner.

Ebba Andersson, from Sweden, and Jonna Sundling, from Sweden, rounded out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
