The third stage of the cross-country skiing World Cup season 2023/2024 starts in Östersund, Sweden this weekend. The French national team is now presented.

The third stage of the cross-country skiing World Cup season 2023/2024 starts in Östersund, Sweden this weekend. The French national team is now presented.

Östersund, Sweden, is the place for the third stage of this year’s cross-country skiing World Cup. The event starts on Saturday, December 9, with a sprint in classic technique, followed by a 10km interval start race in freestyle technique on Sunday, December 3.

In a press release, the French Ski Federation has named their cross-country ski team for the upcoming World Cup premiere in Östersund. France will start with 12 athletes. On the women’s side, France will start with 4 skiers. Already on the men’s side, 8 athletes will start for the European country.

  • Delphine Claudel – Armée La Bressaude (Massif des Vosges)
  • Flora Dolci – Armée AS Edelweiss (Alpes Provence)
  • Juliette Ducordeau – Villard de Lans (Dauphiné)
  • Léna Quintin – Armée SC Le Grand Bornand (Mont Blanc)

Men’s Team

  • Julien Arnaud – SC Montgenèvre Val Clarée (Alpes Provence)
