After Birkebeinerrennet, the 12th Pro Tour stage and 4th and final Grand Classics event Season XIV, last Saturday, the Ski Classics Fantasy saw ‘The Huskies’ Team winning the event and ‘Linas Dreamteam’ team as the new season leader. 

SC Fantasy After Birkebeinerrennet

On Saturday, Birkebeinerrennet saw ‘The Huskies’ team winning the Ski Classis Fantasy event. Niclas Ward’s ‘The Huskies’ team was ranked first with 277750 points.

Magnus Finne’s ‘#skitotal’ team was second with 269500 points, followed by Finn Livbjerg’s ‘Rose17’ team with 268400 points.

The overall leading player after Birkebeinerrennet is now Lina Fransson’s ‘Linas Dreamteam’ team with 2055550 points, followed by Björn Strömbäcks’s ‘Breakaways’ team with 2033500 points, and Jari Sebastian Moss’s ‘Lanterne_Rouge’ team in third place with 2022050 points.

The Fantasy Pro Teams of Pro Team athletes competing for a real Ski Classics Pro Team are marked as Pro Team athletes and not entitled to win prizes. Below you can check the ranking, including Pro Team athletes, after Birkebeinerrennet.

How to Play

1. Go to SC Fantasy via https://fantasy.skiclassics.com/
2. Login with your existing Fantasy account or create a new one*
3. Read through “HOW TO PLAY” to ensure you understand all the rules and new features.
4. Go to “Team Selection” and choose/buy up to 10 athletes by using your starting balance of 40.000 Fantasy dollars. Check out the start lists before each event to ensure that your athletes are on the start line. 
5. Remember to mark one of your athletes as a Team Captain!
6. Go to “Leagues” and join an existing league or create your own to compete with your friends.
7. Invite your friends and family to join you for free in an exciting battle for the win!
8. Have fun, and may the best ski coach win!!

• Fantasy Team Captain – Choose one Pro Team Captain, male or female, among your skiers for each event that will receive 50% more points. 
• New team selection is possible for each event, not only for the whole event weekend.
• Two rankings – The Fantasy Teams of Pro Team athletes competing for a real Ski Classics Pro Team will be marked as being owned by a Pro Team athlete and are not entitled to winning prizes. There will be an overall ranking with all players and a ranking excluding Pro Team athletes, which are subject to receiving prizes. A special non-monetary prize will be awarded to the best Pro Team athlete after the season!
• The four Grand Classics events are categorized as 300 points events; all other events this season are 200 points category.
