The Italian roller ski team is poised for success as they prepare for the upcoming roller ski competitions. With just a few days left until the start of the Trollhättan Roller Ski World Cup in Sweden, the Italian team is presented.  

The Italian roller ski team is poised for success as they prepare for the upcoming roller ski competitions. With just a few days left until the start of the Trollhättan Roller Ski World Cup in Sweden, the Italian team is presented.  

Trollhättan, Sweden, will host the second Roller Ski World Cup stage in 2025. In a press release, the Italian Winter Sports Association announced the 15 athletes who will compete in the upcoming event: ten men and five women.

Trollhättan Roller Ski World Cup 2025

Set to start on August 29, the World Cup stage is set for senior and junior athletes from around the globe to embark on a fierce quest for glory in the Trollhättan World Cup on roller skis. 

The Trollhättan Roller Ski World Cup program features a series of races that will captivate fans and challenge athletes. On Friday, August 29, the competition will start with the 1.3km sprint in freestyle technique.

On Saturday, August 30, the 48km long-distance event in classic technique for senior women and men will take place. Alliansloppet is also part of the Ski Classics Challengers series, bringing top Pro Team athletes and traditional cross-country skiers together to the starting line. On the same day, a shorter 32km event is also on the list for junior athletes.

Finally, on Sunday, August 31, the event will culminate with the individual start race in classic technique. Athletes will battle it out over a 15-kilometer-long course for women and men, while junior women and junior men will face a challenging 7.5-kilometer-long course.
