The weekend continues on Sunday, February 16, with the ninth event in Season XVI, the Grönklitt ITT. The Individual Time Trial is organized as an individual start competition, and the Pro Team athletes will face a 12-kilometer race in typical Swedish forests close to small lakes and beautiful landscapes, all only half an hour’s drive from the legendary finish line of Vasaloppet.

“Grönklitt is an exciting double-event weekend full of action as the Pro Tour heads North to the Scandinavian part of Season XVI. The events in Orsa Grönklitt are always exciting, and in order to lift the ITT we have upgraded the courses both on Saturday and Sunday to have a better combined setup of the weekend. Also new this winter is that athletes can collect more points in ITT races,” says Ski Classics Event Director Theresa Fugger.
