The Ski Classics World Championship Season XVII concluded with the Grand Finale Summit 2 Senja, and the final standings in the World Champion competition are confirmed.

The Ski Classics World Championship Season XVII concluded with the Grand Finale Summit 2 Senja, and the final standings in the World Champion competition are confirmed.

The World Champion competition is the overall classification in Ski Classics, where athletes collect points based on their performances across all Pro Tour events throughout the season.

The Yellow Champion bib, also known as the Ski Classics World Champion bib, is worn by the leading male and female athletes in the overall standings before each event. The overall winners are the athletes with the highest number of points at the end of the season in each gender.

In the men’s competition, Amund Riege, Team Aker Dæhlie, secured the overall title with 2952 points after a consistent and successful season. Ole Jørgen Bruvoll, Team Engcon, finished second with 2622 points, while Torleif Syrstad, Team Engcon, completed the podium in third place with 2441 points.

Kasper Stadaas, Team Aker Dæhlie, placed fourth with 2336 points, followed by Magnus Vesterheim, Team Ramudden, in fifth place with 2219 points, highlighting the depth and competitiveness at the top of the standings.

On the women’s side, Anikken Gjerde Alnæs, Team Engcon, secured the overall title with 3700 points, finishing ahead of Emilie Fleten, Team Ramudden, who claimed second place with 3195 points. Hanna Lodin, Team Engcon, completed the podium in third place with 3070 points.

Close behind, Silje Øyre Slind, Team Aker Dæhlie, finished fourth with 2745 points, while Louise Lindström, Team Eksjöhus, placed fifth with 2297 points, underlining the strong performances across the women’s field throughout the season.

The results highlight a season defined by consistency and high performance, with Amund Riege and Anikken Gjerde Alnæs crowned as the Ski Classics World Champions of Season XVII.
