In its 60th edition, Trysil-Knut Rennet took place today with a 40km race in classic technique in Trysil, Norway.

In its 60th edition, Trysil-Knut Rennet took place today with a 40km race in classic technique in Trysil, Norway.

At the end of the day, the Visma Ski Classics Challengers event saw Ulrika Axelsson, Sya SK/Team Driv Trening, win the women’s race, followed by Lene Ådlandsvik, Team Driv Trening, 8.4 seconds behind, and Ragnhild Bolstad, Åslia Skilag in the third position, more than 5 minutes back.

In the men’s race, Matias Sølvsberg Noren, Team NTNUI Sweco, won the race, 0.5 seconds ahead of Vinjar Skogsholm, Åslia Skilag/Team Næringsbanken. Third place went to Erling Viljurgrein Stølen, Norconsult BIL/Fiskebeinern SK, 12.5 seconds behind.

As Trysil-Knut Rennet is a Visma Ski Classics Challengers event, Pro Team registered athletes could collect points for the Ski Classics Champion and Youth competitions in respective gender.
