Ski Classics is the long-distance ski championship with 35 Pro Teams. Season XVII features 13 Pro Tour events across 9 event weekends in 6 different countries, bringing Pro Team athletes and recreational skiers together. Podcast host Teemu Virtanen will, together with the guests, analyze the events on the Tour, portray the sport’s legends, and help you become a better skier. 

Bad Gastein 2 Senja podcast has a special guest in the 101st episode with the new Ski Classics Director, Oskar Svärd. Svärd and the Founder David Nilsson examine the Ski Classics Pro Tour calendar Season XVII (2025/2026).

The upcoming Pro Tour Season XVII kicks off in Bad Gastein, Austria, on December 13, 2025, with the return of a familiar and exciting format: the Bad Gastein Pro Team Tempo and ends once again in Finnsnes, Norway, with the Ski Classics Grand Finale Summit 2 Senja on March 29, 2026. Throughout the Pro Tour season, Pro Team athletes will cover 569.5 racing kilometers.
