Do you remember the skiing idols you used to cheer for but last heard about a while ago? This week, we are launching the “What Are You Doing Now” series on ProXCskiing.com.

In the series, you will see what many former stars do today. Our senior editor, Kjell-Erik Kristiansen, has delved deep into the lives of our former stars. Both traditional cross-country skiers, long-distance skiers, and biathletes will be featured.

Kjell-Erik knows most of them after nearly 40 years in the industry and as a speaker at 8 Olympics, over 1.000 World Cup competitions, and a countless number of other major events.

“This is a nice job. These athletes have a short period in the spotlight, but most return to a regular life. And for many, they fade from memory.”

Therefore, Kjell-Erik Kristiansen has contacted many of our former stars – both well-known and less-known – in Sweden, Norway, and other countries. The series will be published in collaboration with our sister sites Langd.se, Langrenn.com, and Maastohiihto.com.

Stay tuned for the stories starting this week.
