Weekend’s Queen wins again at the Minneapolis World Cup

Jonna Sundling secured first place in the women’s 10km interval start race in freestyle technique for Sweden at the Minneapolis cross-country skiing World Cup, her second victory this weekend. Results from the 10km race.

Jonna Sundling secured first place in the women’s 10km interval start race in freestyle technique for Sweden at the Minneapolis cross-country skiing World Cup, her second victory this weekend. Results from the 10km race.

Jonna Sundling, from Sweden, took first place at the Minneapolis 10km race in freestyle technique with a total time of 22:38.9. The Swedish cross-country skier was followed by Frida Karlsson, also from Sweden, 15.4 seconds back.

Jessie Diggins, from the USA, completed the podium in third place, 31.8 seconds behind the winner. 

Linn Svahn, from Sweden, and Victoria Carl, from Germany, rounded out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
