Vermeulen wins Blink Festival 15km mass start

The third day of the Blink Festival 2025 featured thrilling mass start roller ski races in the heart of Sandnes. In the men’s 15km freestyle event, Mika Vermeulen, from Austria, claimed a solid victory.

The third day of the Blink Festival 2025 featured thrilling mass start roller ski races in the heart of Sandnes. In the men’s 15km freestyle event, Mika Vermeulen, from Austria, claimed a solid victory.

The day included both a 10km mass start for women and a 15km mass start for men, with a highly competitive field lining up for the freestyle-format race through Sandnes city center. 

In the men’s race, Mika Vermeulen, from Austria, secured the win with a time of 29:24.5.

Benjamin Moser, from Austria, finished in second place, 2.1 seconds behind the winner, and Harald Østberg Amundsen, from Norway, completed the podium in third place, 2.7 seconds back.
