Iver Tildheim Andersen (NOR) dominated the 10km individual start race at the Norwegian premiere in Beitostølen. Complete results from the men’s freestyle race.

Beitostølen 10km Individual Start Freestyle – Men’s Race

In the men’s 10km skating race, we saw Iver Tildheim Andersen (NOR) taking home first place with a total time of 21:35.9. Hugo Lapalus (FRA) snagged second place, 6.6 seconds back, and Jan Thomas Jenssen (NOR) completed the podium in third place, 9.3 seconds behind the winner.

Beitostølen Premiere

The Norwegian FIS season premiere in Beitostølen is known for drawing a large and solid field of athletes. For many elite cross-country skiers, these races are an essential performance indicator for the World Cup in Ruka and a good thermometer for the winter.

The program in Norway took place from Friday, November 17, to Sunday, November 19. The program included a classic sprint on Friday, a 10km classic on Saturday, and a 10km freestyle on Sunday, all with individual starts. The race weekend at Beitostølen ran parallel to the Swedish season premiere in Gällivare.
