Sömskar and Vigants mass start winners at the Fiemme Roller Ski World Cup

The Fiemme Roller Ski World Cup had its first day this Friday with a 10/15km mass start race in freestyle technique at Ziano Di Fiemme, Italy. Linn Sömskar (SWE) and Raimo Vigants (LAT) won their respective races.

10km Women’s Mass Start F – Fiemme Roller Ski World Cup 

Linn Sömskar (SWE) took first place today at the Fiemme Roller Ski World Cup in the women’s 10km mass start race in freestyle technique. Sömskar completed the race in a total time of 20:32.1.

Nicole Monsorno (ITA) snagged second place, 2.4 seconds behind the winner, and Maria Eugenia Boccardi (ITA) completed the podium in third place, 7.6 seconds back.

15km Men’s Mass Start Race – Fiemme Roller Ski World Cup 

In the 15km men’s mass start race, we saw Raimo Vigants (LAT) taking home first place with a total time of 28:06.6.

Matteo Tanel (ITA) snagged second place 0.6 seconds back, and Tommaso Dellagiacoma (ITA) completed the podium in third place, 1.7 seconds behind the winner.
