The second day of the Blink Festival in Norway featured the prestigious 37.5-kilometer-long Blink Classics on Thursday evening, where Astrid Øyre Slind claimed an impressive victory. 

The second day of the Blink Festival in Norway featured the prestigious 37.5-kilometer-long Blink Classics on Thursday evening, where Astrid Øyre Slind claimed an impressive victory. 

The 37.5-kilometer roller ski event, held in classic technique with start and finish in Ålgård, brought together one of the strongest starting fields in event history. Ski Classics Pro Team athletes went head-to-head with World Cup skiers, continuing the Blink Festival’s tradition of blending long-distance and traditional cross-country talent.

In the women’s competition, Astrid Øyre Slind, from Norway, won the race with a total time of 1:36:45.3.

Lotta Udnes Weng, from Norway, finished in second place, 2:09.3 behind the winner, and Stina Nilsson, Team Ragde Charge/Sweden, completed the podium in third place, 2:09.7 back.
