Norway wins mixed relay at the U23 World Championships

The Junior and U23 World Championships 2025 ended today in Schilpario, Italy, with a 4x5km relay race in classic and freestyle techniques. Check out the U23 results.

Norway (Thomas Linnebo Mollestad, Anniken Sand, Mathias Holbaek, Eva Ingebrigtsen) took first place in the U23 mixed relay race in classic and freestyle technique at the Junior and U23 World Championships in Schilpario, Italy. Complete results from the U23 event.

Norway (Thomas Linnebo Mollestad, Anniken Sand, Mathias Holbaek, Eva Ingebrigtsen) showed their form and won today’s 4x5km relay race with a total time of 59:17.5.

Italy (Davide Ghio, Nadine Laurent, Martino Carollo, Maria Gismondi) snagged second place and 36.9 seconds back. Germany (Elias Keck, Verena Veit, Marius Kastner, Helen Hoffmann) completed the podium in third place, 51.8 seconds behind the winners. 

France (Victor Cullet Calderini, Cloe Pagnier, Mathieu Blanc, Leonie Perry) and Switzerland (Noe Naeff, Fabienne Alder, Antonin Savary, Marina Kaelin) rounded out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
