Klæbo wins sprint at the Falun World Cup
The cross-country World Cup season 2024/2025 continued today in Falun, Sweden, with a sprint race in classic technique for women and men. Check out the men’s results.
Johannes Høsflot Klæbo, from Norway, took first place in the men’s sprint race in classic technique at the cross-country World Cup in Falun, Sweden. Complete results from the men’s event.
Johannes Høsflot Klæbo, from Norway, showed his form and won today’s sprint race with a total time of 2:46.40.
Erik Valnes, also from Norway, snagged second place, 1.31 seconds back. Oskar Opstad Vike completed the Norwegian podium in third place, 2.52 seconds behind the winner.
Jules Chappaz, from France, and Even Northug, from Norway, rounded out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.

After Sweden (Falun), the World Cup heads to Norway (Trondheim) for the World Championships at the end of February and beginning of March.
