Italian takes home win in Rome junior mass start

The Junior Roller Ski World Cup in Rome had its second and final day this Wednesday with a 10km freestyle mass start event in Italy. Check out the junior men’s results.

Rome Junior Roller Ski World Cup – Junior Men’s 10km Mass Start

In the junior men’s mass start race in freestyle technique, Stefano Epis, from Italy, took home first place with a total time of 22:47.7.

Valts Skujins, from Latvia, snagged second place, 1.0 seconds back, and Ville Jutterdal, from Sweden, completed the podium in third place, 12.6 seconds behind the winner.

Rome Roller Ski World Cup 

The Rome Roller Ski World Cup program features a couple of races that will captivate fans and challenge the athletes. On Tuesday, September 16, the competition started with a sprint in freestyle technique for senior and junior athletes.
