French Mathis Desloges winner at the U23 World Championships mass start in Planica

Mathis Desloges secured first place in the U23 men’s 20km mass start race in freestyle technique for France at the Planica cross-country skiing World Championships. Results from the mass start race.

Mathis Desloges, from France, took first place at the Planica junior 20km mass start race in freestyle technique with a total time of 46:37.3. The French cross-country skier was followed by Martin Kirkeberg Mørk, from Norway, 17.8 seconds back, in second place.

Fabrizio Albasini, from Switzerland, completed the podium in third place, 24.2 seconds behind the winner. 

Mathias Holbæk, from Norway, and Remi Bourdin, from France, rounded out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
