With over five decades of success and over 50 impressive events, the cross-country skiing race has long been known far beyond the Tyrolean borders: 25 or 50 kilometers in the classic style and 20 or 42 kilometers in the skating technique measure the traditional competition distances. The Ganghoferlauf is held as an official Euroloppet race and is also part of the Ski Classics Challengers race series on both long distances.

 From March 2nd and 3rd, 2024, numerous amateur and professional athletes will once again be competing together in Leutasch. The Leutasch Ski Club, regional clubs, and countless volunteers are already looking forward to truly impressive sporting moments.
