Team Ramudden Development Team for Season 2024/2025

Team Ramudden
In 2023, Team Ramudden launched its development team before the winter season. Now, nine athletes have been selected for the season 2024/2025.

A few weeks ago, Team Ramudden presented its Ski Classics Season XVI lineup. Last year, before the winter season, Team Ramudden launched a “Swedish Team:”

“We have received a lot of applications from skiers aged 19-23, and we want to capture that interest and really make sure to invest in those skiers. It feels great that the interest in long races and skiing for us is so great,” said Pro Team Director Lina Korsgren when the team was launched a year ago.

Some of the skiers from the Swedish Team competed in the Ski Classics Pro Tour last winter. For example, Wilma Jönsson finished 13th in the first long race of the season in Bad Gastein, and Emma Jönsson finished 18th at Marcialonga.

The two athletes are part of Team Ramudden’s development squad for next season.

“An important cornerstone in Swedish cross-country skiing is to provide more opportunities to develop for long-distance races. This is the second year we are doing this venture, and we are getting a lot of positive things from it. We saw already last year that the Development Team complements our Ski Classics Pro Team, and we are sure it will do so this year as well!” writes Team Ramudden on Instagram.
