Pro Team athletes dominate Åsarna Ski Marathon 2025

The Ski Classics Challengers event, Åsarna Ski Marathon, took place this Saturday with a 46km long-distance skiing race in classic technique in Åsarna, Sweden. Check out the results.

After a day full of action, the Ski Classics Challengers event in Sweden, Åsarna Ski Marathon, saw a fierce battle for all the podium places. Ultimately, Jenny Larsson, Lager 157 Ski Team, and Eddie Edström, Team Engcon, won their respective races with solid performances.

Åsarna Ski Marathon – 46km Women’s Race 

In the women’s competition, the winner was Jenny Larsson, Lager 157 Ski Team, completing the event in a total time of 2:09:53.5.

Hedda Bångman, eD System Vltava Fund Team, finished in second place, 5:52.6 back, followed by Alexandra Nilsson, Team Synnfjell, 26:16.8 behind the winner, and completing the podium in third place.

  1. Jenny Larsson, Lager 157 Ski Team, 2:09:53.5
  2. Hedda Bångman, eD System Vltava Fund Team, +5:52.6
  3. Alexandra Nilsson, Team Synnfjell, +26:16.8
  4. Alva Hedström, Funäsdalens IF, +29:01.9
  5. Kaisa Rooba, TTGU IF, +31:12.8

Åsarna Ski Marathon – 46km Men’s Race

In the men’s event, the winner, Eddie Edström, Team Engcon, completed the race in a time of 1:58:09.9.

Oskar Kardin, Lager 157 Ski Team, finished in second place, 0.3 seconds behind, followed by Axel Jutterström, Team Eksjöhus, completing the podium in third position and 0.4 seconds back.

  2. Oskar Kardin, Lager 157 Ski Team, +0.3
