After double-poling to the top of Prato Piazza, let’s find out what Ida Dahl, Team Ramudden, has to say about her victory in today’s Visma Ski Classics Prato Piazza Mountain Challenge.

“It was a fun race but tough, of course. This race was so demanding, it was really, really hard, but I had a fantastic day. I just tried to save as much energy as possible in the beginning before the long uphill. When we started the uphill, I felt really good and saw that Astrid was struggling a little bit. I just pushed hard in the end, and I succeeded. “

Team Ramudden had a fantastic weekend, and the team spirit is high.

“This weekend has been amazing for everyone on the team. It’s unbelievable. Yesterday Max, and today Johannes and me, you get so inspired by the others. We have a good spirit in our team right now, and we just need to keep that.”

We talked with Dahl earlier on New Year’s Day, and she spoke about her 2022 expectations. Now with her first Pro Tour win, the goals have been updated.

“The Yellow bib is my main goal, but the health needs to be perfect for the whole season to manage to take that jersey. So, I will try to keep it up and hope for the best,” Ida Dahl concluded.
