Tanumsloppet, a Ski Classics Challengers event, took place this Saturday, with a 40km roller ski race in classic technique in Tanumshede, Sweden. Get to know the results.

After a day full of action, the Ski Classics Challengers event Tanumsloppet saw Karolina Hedenström, Lager 157 Ski Team/IK Stern, and Gabriel Strid, Team GS8, winning their respective races.

Tanumsloppet – Women’s Race

In the women’s competition, the winner was Karolina Hedenström, Lager 157 Ski Team/IK Stern, with a total time of 1:44:19.0. 

Caroline Olsson, BJN E Endurance IF, finished in second place, 17:17.0 back, followed by Olivia Hahn, IK Stern, 17:19.0 behind the winner, and completing the podium in the third position.

Tanumsloppet – Men’s Race

In the men’s race, the winner was Gabriel Strid, Team GS8, completing the race at a time of 1:31:19.0.

Alfred Buskqvist, IK Stern, finished in second place, 2.0 seconds back, followed by Magnus Waaler, Team Burger King Northug/Rustad IL, completing the podium in third position and 2:05.0behind the winner.
