The IBU Open European Championships season 2024/2025 continued today in Martell-Val Martello, Italy, with a 7.5km Sprint event for women. After a fast day on the tracks and shooting range, Anna-Karin Heijdenberg, from Sweden, won the event with a solid performance.

The IBU Open European Championships season 2024/2025 continued today in Martell-Val Martello, Italy, with a 7.5km Sprint event for women. After a fast day on the tracks and shooting range, Anna-Karin Heijdenberg, from Sweden, won the event with a solid performance.

Anna-Karin Heijdenberg, from Sweden, took first place in the women’s 7.5km Sprint race in Martell-Val Martello, Italy, with a total time of 21:43.1 and clean shooting (0-0).

Amandine Mengin, from France, snagged second place, 49.3 seconds back, and one missed shot (1-0).

Baiba Bendika, from Latvia, completed the podium in third place, 49.4 seconds behind the winner and two missed shots (0-2).
