The Finnish endurance sports coaching specialist Electrofit is expanding its ranks and is once again recruiting new athletes to join its competitive team. Both the cross-country skiing and biathlon squads are seeking motivated athletes who aim for the international elite and are ready to commit to professional-level training.

A professional team aiming for major championships

Electrofit’s teams are not just training groups – they are a goal-oriented professional team where high standards, team spirit, and long-term development are emphasized. The team offers athletes top-level coaching and training camps both in Finland and abroad, enabling development toward the world’s elite.

In cross-country skiing, the focus is already on the future, with goals set for the Lahti World Championships in 2029 and the Winter Olympics in France in 2030. In biathlon, the aim is also on international major events, such as the World Championships in Otepää and the Winter Olympics in France.

Application process now open

Applying to both the cross-country skiing and biathlon teams takes place in two stages:

  1. Application submitted by the deadline
  2. Interview round
  3. Final team announced at the end of April

The application period for cross-country skiers runs through spring 2026, while the biathlon recruitment is aimed at the next competition season.
