The World Championships 2025 continued today in Trondheim, Norway, with a 50km mass start race in freestyle technique for men. Check out the results.

Johannes Høsflot Klæbo, from Norway, took first place in the men’s 50km mass start race in freestyle technique at the cross-country World Championships in Trondheim, Norway. Complete results from the men’s event.

Johannes Høsflot Klæbo, from Norway, showed his form and won today’s 50km mass start race in freestyle technique with a total time of 1:57.47.1. It was his 6th gold in Trondheim and his 15th World Championships gold medal!

William Poromaa, from Sweden, snagged second place, 2.1 seconds back. Simen Hegstad Krüger, from Norway, completed the podium in third place, 8.5 seconds behind the winner. 

Martin Løwstrøm Nyenget and Harald Østberg Amundsen, both from Norway, rounded out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
