The International Ski & Snowboard Federation (FIS) held its FIS Technical Committee Spring meetings in Slovenia this week. Today, the 2024/2025 cross-country skiing World Cup calendar was unveiled. Take a look at the complete calendar.

According to a FIS post on social media, the calendar will feature three stops before Christmas for Period I, including Ruka in Finland, Lillehammer in Norway, and Davos in Switzerland.

Period II will feature the Tour de Ski, which will begin in Toblach, Italy, with four events (sprint F, mass start C, interval start F, and pursuit C) and finish in Val di Fiemme, also in Italy, with another three events (sprint C, skiathlon, and the Final Climb) at the end of December 2024 and beginning of January 2025. 

In Period III, competitions will be held in Les Rousses, France; Engadin, Switzerland; Nove Mesto, Czech Republic Cogne, Italy; and Falun, Sweden, all before the World Championships. 

In Period IV, it’s time for the Trondheim World Championships, which will be held from February 25 to March 9, 2025. 

Finally, Period V, the final period of the World Cup season, includes venues in Oslo, Norway; Tallinn, Estonia; and Lahti, Finland.

November 29 – December 1: Ruka, Finland 
Interval Start C / Sprint C / Mass Start F

December 6-8: Lillehammer, Norway
Interval Start F / Pursuit C

December 13-15: Davos, Switzerland
Team Sprint F / Sprint F / Interval Start C

Period II – Tour de Ski

December 28-29: Toblach, Italy
Sprint F / Mass Start C

December 31 – January 1: Toblach, Italy
Interval Start F / Pursuit C

January 3-5: Val di Fiemme, Italy
Sprint C / Skiathlon / Final Climb

Period III – After Tour de Ski and before World Championships

January 17-19: Les Rousses, France
Interval Start F / Sprint C / Mass Start C

January 24-26: Engadin, Switzerland
Mixed Relay / Sprint F / Interval Start F

January 31 – February 2: Nove Mesto, Czech Republic (Cogne, Italy)
Team Sprint C / Sprint C / Interval Start F

February 14-16: Falun, Sweden
