Tour de France stage 11, starting in Albertville, saw Jonas Vingegaard (Jumbo – Visma) winning the 151.7km race to Col du Granon Serre Chevalier, ahead of Nairo Quintana (Team Arkéa Samsic) and Romain Bardet (Team DSM).

Jonas Vingegaard (Jumbo – Visma) is the new Tour de France yellow jersey. Romain Bardet (Team DSM) is in second place overall, 2:16 back, followed by Tadej Pogačar (UAE Team Emirates) in third place in the general classification, 2:22 behind the leader.

Today, Stage 12 starts in Briançon, covers 165.1km on mountainous terrain and finishes at Alpe d’Huez.

Stage 12 – Briançon to Alpe d’Huez 165.1km

Today’s stage starts in beautiful Briançon, goes all the way to Sainte-Jean-de-Maurienne, and then up again to Galibier. After, down to Valloire via Télégraphe towards the beginning of a very long climb to the mountain price on the Col de la Croix de Fer. 29 kilometers of uphill, a climb rode many times on the Tour. And then the end, a climb that many wondered when it would return. Alpe d’Huez with a vast crowd and a bit of a tricky riot. We have been waiting for this final for four long years,” says Vacchi.

The broadcast starts on Eurosport at 13:20. Neutralized start at 13:05. Expected arrival at 17:55.
