Iivo Niskanen and Johanna Matintalo were the fastest in the cross-country running stage today at the Aateli Race in Vuokatti, Finland.

Iivo Niskanen and Johanna Matintalo were the fastest in the cross-country running stage today at the Aateli Race in Vuokatti, Finland.

In the men’s race, Iivo Niskanen won with a time of 15:52.4 in the 4.5km cross-country running race. Second place went to Remi Lindholm, 3 seconds behind. Arsi Ruuskanen finished third, just over 20 seconds slower than Niskanen.

Results

On the women’s side, Johanna Matintalo won with a time of 12:08 on the 3km course. Second place went to Qinghua Ma, from China, 25 seconds back. Third place went to Oona Kettunen.

Results

Vuokatti Aateli Race continues today with a 10km rollerski race for the women and 15km for the men.
