Sömskar winner of the Blink Festival sprint race

The fourth and final day of the Blink Festival in Norway saw Linn Sömskar, Sweden, winning the sprint roller ski race in freestyle technique.

Blink Festival day four was marked by a sprint race in freestyle technique for women and men. The freestyle competition attracted a solid field to the start line in the city center of Sandnes. 

In the women’s competition, Linn Sömskar, Sweden, won the race in a total time of 4:55.7. Lotta Udnes Weng, Norway, finished in second place, 0.4 seconds behind the winner, and Ingrid Bergene Aabrekk, Norway, completed the podium in third place, 2.8 seconds back.
