The cross-country World Cup season 2025/2026 continued today in Lake Placid, USA, with a sprint race in freestyle technique. Check out the men’s results.

Federico Pellegrino (ITA) took first place in the men’s sprint race in freestyle technique at the World Cup in Lake Placid – complete results from the men’s event.

Pellegrino claimed victory in the men’s freestyle sprint. The Italian skier set the fastest time in the final, stopping the clock at 2:35.01.

Lars Heggen, from Norway, secured second place, 1.24 seconds behind, while Anton Grahn, from Sweden, delivered a strong performance to take third place, 1.28 seconds back.
