Federico Pellegrino (ITA) took home first place in the men’s race. Johannes Høsflot Klæbo (NOR) snagged second place, and Lucas Chanavat (FRA) completed the podium in third place.

Nadine Fähndrich (SUI) took home first place today at the Davos World Cup in the women’s sprint race. Jessie Diggins (USA) snagged second place, and Johanna Hagström (SWE) completed the podium in third place.

New this season is the same race distances for women and men in all World Cup events, as the International Ski & Snowboard Federation (FIS) decided in May. Several other changes have also been introduced to the World Cup.

The World Cup continues this weekend in Davos, Switzerland. On the program, there is a sprint in freestyle technique on Saturday and a 20km individual race in freestyle technique on Sunday.
