Pål Golberg secured first place in the men’s 50km mass start race in classic technique today for Norway at the World Championships in Planica. Results from the men’s 50km race.

Pål Golberg took first place at today’s 50km mass start race in classic technique, with a total time of 2:01:30.2. The Norwegian cross-country skier was followed by Johannes Høsflot Klæbo, also from Norway, 1.0 seconds back.

William Poromaa, from Sweden, completed the podium, finishing in third place, 1.2 seconds behind the winner.

Calle Halfvarsson, from Sweden, and Martin Løwstrøm Nyenget, from Norway, round out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
