Niskanen wins the 10km classic race in Falun
Kerttu Niskanen secured first place in the women’s 10km interval start race in classic technique for Finland at the Falun cross-country skiing World Cup. Results from the 10km race.
Kerttu Niskanen (FIN) won today’s 10km race at the Falun World Cup
Kerttu Niskanen, from Finland, took first place at the Falun 10km race in classic technique with a total time of 30:01.3. The Finnish cross-country skier was followed by Johanna Matintalo, also from Finland, 4.2 seconds back.
Jonna Sundling, from Sweden, completed the podium in third place, 10.0 seconds behind the winner.
Teresa Stadlober, from Austria, and Jessie Diggins, from the USA, rounded out the top 5 by finishing 4th and 5th, respectively.
