Klæbo wins sprint at the Davos World Cup

The cross-country World Cup season 2024/2025 continued today in Davos with a sprint race in freestyle technique for women and men. Check out the men’s results.

Johannes Høsflot Klæbo, from Norway, took first place in the men’s sprint race in freestyle technique at the cross-country World Cup in Davos, Switzerland. Complete results from the men’s event.

Johannes Høsflot Klæbo, from Norway, showed his form and won today’s sprint race with a total time of 2:22.8.

Lucas Chanavat, from France, snagged second place, 1.4 seconds back, and Erik Valnes, from Norway, completed the podium in third place, 2.4 seconds behind the winner.

FACTS Davos World Cup Season 2024/2025

Davos, Switzerland, is the place for the third stage of the cross-country skiing World Cup season 2024/2025. The event started on Friday, December 13, with a team sprint race in freestyle technique, followed by a sprint race also in freestyle technique on Saturday, December 14, and a 20km interval start in classic technique on Sunday, December 15.
