Finland’s Team For The World Cup In Toblach
Toblach, Italy, is the place for this weekend’s cross-country skiing World Cup. The event begins on Friday, February 3, with a sprint in freestyle technique. On Saturday, February 4, it’s time for a 10km individual start also in freestyle technique. On Sunday, February 5, the World Cup weekend ends with a 4×7.5km relay race for both women and men.
In a press release, the Finnish Ski Association has named their cross-country ski team for the upcoming World Cup in Toblach. Finland will start with 22 athletes. On the women’s side, Finland will begin with 9 skiers. Already on the men’s side, 13 athletes will start for the Scandinavian country.
