The 2026/2027 Biathlon World Cup starts in Kontiolahti, Finland, from November 26 to 29, 2026, and concludes in Oslo Holmenkollen, Norway, from March 18 to 21, 2027. Over the course of the season, the world’s best biathletes will compete in classic venues across Europe, with one of the highlights being the IBU World Championships in Otepää, Estonia, in February.

The first period of the season features Kontiolahti, Finland; Hochfilzen, Austria; and Annecy – Le Grand Bornand, France; before the holiday break. In January 2027, the circuit continues in Pokljuka, Slovenia; Ruhpolding, Germany; Antholz-Anterselva, Italy; followed by Nove Mesto na Morave in the Czech Republic.

After a short pause, attention turns to the IBU World Championships in Otepää from February 10 to 21, 2027.

The World Cup then resumes in March with the final three stages: Oberhof, Germany; Östersund, Sweden; and Oslo Holmenkollen, Norway, where the season champions will be crowned.
